Thk u for the communication & the apology for not letting me know the steps you were taking.I understand & acknowledge that shipping is out of a seller s control. A suggestion as a 4 decade marketeer-send a weekly customer communication as the USPS bounced this item around the US to inform and assure.I will upgrade the seller communication but to upgrade the shipping time would be telling a falsehood. eBay needs to redesign seller ratings so they do not reflect seller outofcontrol situations
The price and quality of the prints ordered are good. But the packaging used for shipping was a USPS priory box or mailer that was flattened, unfortunately it bent during shipping where there was fold in the box, it was bent enough to leave a crease through both prints, and the edges in a couple of places were crunched (those won’t show when framed).
Excellent condition, exactly as described, shipping was quick, packaging was the best I've seen for paintings or artwork, the price was excellent. I highly recommend this seller, they go above and beyond to take care of the customer. Great communication all along. I will purchase more from this seller.
