I usually don’t take the time to review but I wanted to give credit to this seller for his wonderful service. I purchased a used fuggler toy from him that was lost in transit so once I contacted him about it he immediately gave me different options to do, refund, rebuy, etc this isn’t a really hard to find fugg but still is a key piece in a collection. I decided on the replacement offer the seller gave me even tho it wasn’t the same fugg it was still a fugg I needed so all is right! Thx seller!
Very happy with my purchase, at first I was skeptical getting a used plush because I've seen a lot of horror stories of people getting smelly used plushies on eBay but this was not the case this seller had very good communication when I asked questions about the item and shipped quickly I'm a happy buyer! Lucy and Max arrived safe and sound. They’re the cutest little yorkie’s. They were in mint condition and arrived earlier than expected. Packaging was good.
