Item was as described, well packed and shipped quickly! This item (a fragile glass lamp chimney) was wrapped in bubble wrap and placed into an inner "right-sized" box. Then that box was placed inside a larger outer box, with additional cushioning. Yes, it arrived intact! This is obviously a seller who cares! Many thanks!!
