Good communication. Item is clean and nice except that it has a softer/perfume smell. I was hoping it is a brand new item but apparently it got washed for some reason. I still like it so I washed it again and the smell went away. Also it took the Seller 3 days to ship out the item. I hope they can ship out immediately after it's been paid. Courier is lightening fast though. All in all, I'm satisfied.
