Located on U.S. Hwy 90 and 3A, just three blocks off Hwy 123 in Seguin, Texas. Front features a richly colored illustration of Big Rock Courts with charming rock-faced motel cottages, manicured grounds, and a large vintage roadside sign. Back includes printed description highlighting rock and fireproof construction, private baths, hot and cold water, an inspiring atmosphere, and trailer space.
