The seller is to be commended for their actions in this transaction. The shipping company not so good. When my item arrived at my home and I saw the box I had my concerns. The box looked like it had be crushed and there was a shoe print on one side of the box. The Item inside the box was damaged and may be repairable. The seller gave a full refund and then said that the item not be sent back to them, so I have a damaged dulcimer and my money returned. This seller has gone above what I expected.

Vintage Lot of 36 Dental Hygiene Instruments Tools: Items were listed as used but overall condition was very serviceable for using to clean small areas of various items I service. It was very reasonably priced considering the number and variety of dental tools. They were packed well and arrived in great condition.
