There was something on dried both sleeves that I assumed was paint, most has gotten off but there is still a little remaining that could come off with a bit more effort. Fading (enhanced by the bright lighting, looks much better in person but photos with less lighting tell that story too). Dark spots on the back in the photos are wet spots from me cleaning dust off.
