This seller was so helpful when the post office messed up the delivery of half of the lamp I ordered. She went out of her way to reship the package. The creamer and salt and pepper shakers arrived in perfect shape in their original boxes. Unfortunately the sugar bowl lid broke in transport. Jackie responded instantly and issued a refund. Such excellent customer service. I would purchase from this seller again. Thank you.

I actually never received these brass swans. Unfortunately my box was mixed up with someone else’s purchase. I shipped my box back and the seller refunded my money. I have no idea if the other seller sent them back. Still a great seller.
