  1. Item arrived quickly & was as advertised, NWT. HOWEVER, seller advertised a dress, but what arrived was a skirt. DUH! I pondered what to do. It was made by a manufacturer of great dresses, so I knew this was one half of a dress sold as separates. I fervently began searching for the matching top. Not found, but not giving up. As the deadline to give my review approached, I messaged Seller to query willingness to adjust price. It wasn't pleasant, but we came to terms. Caveat emptor.
