This is a superb original vintage post-impressionist oil on board painting, probably from the 1960s, depicting a wonderful African scene with two women working in front of huts. The magnificent piece is signed in the lower right corner (unreadable). Beautifully made, with a beautiful impasto texture. The colors are bright and unique, so the painting will be an excellent piece of furniture. The original wooden frame is covered with gold paint and has numerous small scratches. Framed size: 29x 37 cm/ 11x 14 inches.
