Vintage Revell Kawasaki Ki-61 Hien built 1/32. Features removable detailed pilot, engine panels, canopy, antennas, landing gear, all wheels turn with slight blow spinning prop.The Hien was built to answer the growing B-29 bomber raids on Japan. When Allied pilots first encountered it they thought it was a Bf 109. Vintage Revell1972 Hien in 1/32. Large 1/32( wingspan measures 15.0 inches) scale with good paint, detail and decals. Features removable detailed pilot, engine panels, canopy, antennas, landing gear, all wheels turn with slight blow spinning prop.The Hien was built to answer the growing B-29 bomber raids on Japan. When Allied pilots first encountered it they thought it was a Bf 109. In fact it was and was designed to improve on the German fighter using the same Daimler-Benz engine.
