Vintage Royal Delft De Porceleyne Fles 11.25" Blue Herring Fish Dish 1950's. It does have a small chip (see last picture), however that does not affect its usefulness or its ability to be beautifully displayed. It is signed and has its original sticker. The herring also lies as an relief in the middle of the dish. The herring formed and still form an important source of income for the Dutch fishing trade. Dimensions 11.25"W x 4.75"D x 1.5"H Underneath the mark you will find the painter's initials on the left, and on the right you will find a year code, which consist of one or two letters; and incised mark G32.
