This vintage presentation vase features a beautiful hand-painted depiction of the Spasskaya Tower of the Moscow Kremlin on a vibrant emerald green metallic background with a fuchsia/pink interior. This item was originally created as a personalized commemorative gift, making it an authentic piece of mid-to-late 20th-century Soviet memorabilia. Product Details & Characteristics Type: Vintage Soviet Commemorative Presentation Vase / Decorative Chalice Height: Approx. 22.5 cm (see pictures with measuring tape) Motif: Hand-painted Spasskaya Tower (Kremlin) with a Ruby Red Star and Chimes, signed by the artist in the lower right corner ("Zhanova" or similar). Materials: * Top: Flared metal chalice with a glossy green exterior coating, gold-tone decorative trim, and a bright fuchsia-pink lacquered interior. Stem/Base: Brass/gold-tone metal stem mounted on a heavy, solid stone/marble-like square base. Bottom: Blue-lacquered protective metal plate. Engraved Presentation Inscription (in English) The back of the vase features a beautifully hand-engraved celebratory inscription: "To Grigory Ivanovich Romenko on his 60th birthday from the Department of Physical Education of the V.T.U.Z plant." Translation: "To Grigory Ivanovich Romenko on his 60th birthday, from the Department of Physical Education of the V.T.U.Z. (Factory Technical Higher Educational Institution) plant." Condition Report This item is in vintage, pre-owned condition with authentic signs of age, which add to its historic charm: Paint & Coating: The green lacquer has a lovely metallic sheen. There are some minor surface scratches and small paint chips visible upon close inspection (primarily on the back and near the rim). Metalwork: The brass-toned stem shows an authentic vintage patina, oxidation spots, and minor wear to the plating, typical for its age. Base: The stone base is solid. The bottom blue metal plate shows some paint loss and surface rust spots (completely hidden when placed upright).
