The only markings that I see on this flipper are lettering near the handle and it says stainless steel USA and there are two little tiny stars. It looks like an ECKO turner, but I am not entirely sure. There are some surface scratches and signs of use but still has many years to go. The handle is some kind of very dark smooth plastic. Maybe Bakelite . It is well made. Please see all photos.
