  1. Very good replica of the Scottish football club patch. Unfortunately first one went missing in the post, contacted seller who was really apologetic & sent me a new one without any fuss. Wish I could say ebay were as helpful after the initial contact, which was very prompt they decided to refund me, seller was very understanding & we sorted it out. I know ebay has to protect buyers but we had an open dialogue & he was resolving it, ebay needs to allow time for resolution before stepping in.

It could have easily been sent separately but he waited and included it in the envelope of stuff i ordered, the day before. Thank you for being thoughtful my friend.
