I highly recommend this vendor! They promptly answered all my questions concerning the packing of a heavy vintage microscope with fragile optics in its case before the purchase. The microscope arrived quickly and was in very good working condition. It was the best packing job I have seen for a microscope in its case, with no items left loose to move or cause damage within the case during shipping. There was padding inside the case and inside the shipping box to protect the case.
Due to unforeseen circumstances the seller was not able to ship this item. He apologized and refunded the money. I’m sorry for his circumstances and applauded him for his efforts and kindness, and being straightforward with his situation.
