I’ll start by saying this is a great seller to deal with. Fast shipping and great communication. As for the item itself, it came packaged in the factory Vortex box and included all accessories since it was new. It’s typical Vortex quality which has always been top notch and backed by an awesome warranty. I sent it back because i just assumed that it would come with 2 of them since that's what you need to mount a scope. Only one came at almost $30 so I sent it back a ordered a set on amazon for $20 and free shipping. Otherwise, The seller was good about returning it with no questions asked and I am awaiting my refund.
