Big Seller that sold an item they knew was the wrong size. I got a refund after demanding it. The seller wanted to offer me 30% back and keep the item. I said no I want full refund. They told me the shipper knew that they only had the larger sized seal and not the smaller one I ordered 14mm. They should have canceled the order at that point. Why send the wrong part? This was a pain. But I am staying positive because in the end the seller give me full refund. Shipping time was very fast also.
Good: The item is as described. Very good price. Listing for 30 pcs -they gave me 31, so one extra. That is a nice touch. Bad: Shipped pkg using a 3rd-rate shipping co. not accredited with the BBB. Pkg delayed more than 2 weeks. I had to call the carrier 7 times on different days. Seller response was there but just asking me to call the carrier. While many carrier issues should not be blamed on the seller, the seller DOES have the important choice as to which shipping company to use.
