  1. I bought 6 books from this seller. The books arrived double bagged with no protection but were in good condition, everything was as described. I took a star off because shipping was extra slow lacking communication on delays getting packages to the post office. It was several days before I received a notification from the post office my package had been received and was being mailed. I saw same mentioned in other reviews. I don’t think I’ll buy from them again due to my shipping experience.

  2. Item received and as described. This is the second book I’ve ordered from Zoom Books. While the product is satisfactory, I don’t think I will order from them again. Shipping apparently happened on time but tracking was nonexistent until the book was passed off from the first leg carrier (OSM Worldwide?) to USPS over a week after shipment. Once USPS got the package, tracking was fine. However I like constant tracking and expected delivery dates so I will go with another seller next time.

  3. I received the book just as described, very good condition. I do have a recommendation that this seller put some protection around their books when shipping. My book arrived in a single layer plastic bag, I feel fortunate that there was no shipping damage. A bit of bubble wrap or cardboard around the book would have been appreciated. Shipping was a bit slow. I ordered two books from this seller on the same day, they did not ship the same day, one arriving last week and one this.
