This vinyl, released circa 1998/early 1999 in the wake of the popularity of the film "Blade", is what vinyl-based DJs worldwide were known for: unreleased or remixes and mash-ups. Everything about this white label release smacks homemade, from the cut off start of "Confusion", to the ultra short production of a techno remix of "Horny" by Mousse T vs Hot 'n' Juicy, and even a breakout mash-up by the then unknown Stuntmasterz. The release lacks proper mastering in every regard, yielding a tone with a muddy midrange and little in the way of deep bass or sharp treble, is sleeved in nothing more than the lowest cost all-black cover (of course with the quintessential low-cost white label in the center), and even was pressed on low quality, thin vinyl. Whoever put the order in for this vinyl to be manufactured in the first place is to be commended: it's truly underground, and perhaps the last vestige of how DJs got their unique sounds into the club in the first place, since around the same time as this vinyl was released for sale, the digital format era was just getting started- making truly independent releases on physical media like this a thing of the past.
