Exactly as described, looks better in real life, the colours are really vivid. Arrived really well packed, wrapped in bubble wrap. Postage was reasonable given the weight of the bottle. Good value because anything giraffe related seems to suddenly have a price premium on it, I could def have purchased a bottle the same size and quality cheaper but, as I’m obsessed with giraffes, it wouldn’t be exactly what I wanted. I def recommend this seller.
Box was open, but the items weren't damaged. However, the courier left the parcel outside my neighbour's when I was in, and there was no note to say where it had been left. I only checked because the parcel looked like it was mine, and I had a message saying it had been delivered to a safe place, but I left no instructions to do so! - other than that, very pleasing and good value. Terrible service from YODEL!
