Seller did an excellent job of packing-I liked that each item did not have a lot of shipping tape on the bubble wrap-it is hard to remove delicate items. Shipping was quick! Items arrived as described-each item was double wrapped! I would DEFINITELY buy from this Seller again!
I am torn as to how to rate the seller. Before the sale, customer service was grand. The seller and I negotiated to an agreeable price. However, package was delayed, delivered to the wrong address, over the weekend. Per the shippers request I contacted the seller, no response. Difficult for me not knowing where package was four days & no help from shipper. Not the sellers fault, but feel they could have reached out to me. The bucket is beautiful, so happy to have purchased it.
Shipping speed with satisfactory packaging was good product as described in the photos good value bucket handle is a little crooked, and the sticker on the front was a little crooked, but those items were described in the photos before I purchased overall condition of the bucket is very good very pleased
