The unit powers on to BIOS when plugged in. I/O ports are not tested. The buyer will have to provide and install their own hard drive and operating system. CPU and RAM passed a stress test. The screen is in good condition. There may be some light scuffs and scratches on the screen that are difficult to see while powered on. The case has scattered scuffs and scratches from previous use. Please see photos for more details. Unit may be missing screws from the bottom panel. Battery does charge and seems to hold charge well. Battery life is not guaranteed. Item shipped and arrived quickly; it was very well packed. There was confusion in the listing that resulted in the item not being usable.
