Seller was very responsive and responded to my offer quickly. After accepting their counter-offer they packed my owl the same day. He was well packaged for shipping and arrived in excellent condition. He's very cute. I got him for loose-leaf sage tea (sage=wise=owl, get it?) and he holds two-plus ounces of coarsely cut leaves. I did replace his cork but I usually do that anyway. I'm very happy with him and feel like I got a great deal; A+++ experience all around (-:
